Is this health insurance?
No. KonnectMD is a healthcare membership, not insurance. Many families use it alongside their insurance to skip copays; others use it on its own. It does not cover hospital stays or emergencies.
Who is covered?
You, your partner and your children under 26, up to 7 people on one membership, including kids away at college.
What ages can use it?
Virtual urgent care is available from age 2. Counseling and dermatology are available from age 12.
How does pet care work?
Titanium members get 24/7 access to licensed veterinarians by phone or video for non-emergency questions, behavior advice and help managing ongoing conditions, plus pet care discounts.
Do I have to join to keep seeing my Edify clinician?
No. Joining is optional and has no effect on your care at Edify.
What if it's an emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Telehealth is not for emergencies.
